@pfalirog7 Hello. My life is 100% better than what I was before my surgery. The best excerize for me is cycling. Any impact sport isn't a good thing. ie. running. I am almost 60 yrs? now and I've never felt better. I didn't have a total replacement. I had a resurfacing of both hips a year apart from each other. In the last 2 summers I have put on over 3,000 kms on my bike. I find if I don't keep moving my hips, they get stiff. So keep moving. And good luck .

I just got home from my anterior approach hip replacement surgery. This video was very informative and helped me understand what was done to me. I now know why I am so sore. However the very next day I was up walking totally pain free. This is a miracle surgery and the results are amazing. I would not have done it had I seen this before but now? I am glad to see this

@cegoins25 there is a tube? one of the surgeons use to suck up the blood and recirculate it as the surgery is happening, you can see it in some parts of the video
